In fact, under Governor George Bush, Houston has overtaken Los Angeles as the nation's smoggiest city... And Texas now has twice as many plants violating clean air rules as any other state. Why? Because Governor Bush is not enforcing clean air laws. And he even asked the EPA to weaken clean air health standards. Call George Bush.
