Male Announcer[Music]: Did you hear George W. Bush claiming he's helping kids.  Who's he kidding?

Bush opposed health coverage for 220,000 needy children.  At the same time he pushed through a $45 million tax break for big oil.

Big oil before little kids.  Those are George Bush's priorities.

Texas ranks second to last in America for children with health insurance.  Last year, Texas was rated the 48th worst state to raise a child.  That's the George Bush record.

It's so bad, a federal judge just ruled Texas must take "corrective action."

The judge's findings: Bush broke a promise to improve health care for kids.  Abused kids are neglected.  And Texas failed to inform families of health coverage available.
