Background: "Trust" refers to "Hopeful," one of original ads Bush ran way back on Oct. 25, and to "Solid Values," which ran in SC starting Feb. 4.  With this ad came a worsening in the tone of the campaign as Bush, thoroughly offended by the comparison to Clinton ("Do we really want another politician in the White House America can't trust?) responded with "Integrity" and went on the attack (see for example "Promised").
