"GOP debaters assail Bush" (Arizona Republic)

USA Today--No coverage of this debate.

New York Times--No coverage of this debate.

Washington Post--Two editions examined:
 (1) Article on page A6, headlined "Rivals Target Bush In Ariz. GOP Debate," by the Post's David S. Broder.  No photos whatsoever.
Article: [8" x 3 7/16"].
 (2) No coverage of this debate.

Washington Times--No coverage of this debate.

Arizona Republic--Front page photo and article.  Lead article in the paper was "McCain to release medical records;" the debate photo and article ran under that bold headline.  The photo by Michael Chow/The Arizona Republic showed the four candidates (Hatch, Forbes, McCain and Keyes) at their podiums.  The article, by the Republic's Kris Mayes and Carol Sowers, was headlined "GOP debaters assail Bush."  The article continued on page A2, and there was analysis on B6.

Note: Sunday's main campaign story, reported in most of the above papers, was Bush's live interview on "Meet the Press," his first such appearance since he started campaigning in June.
